Raj and her colleague were incredibly patient, gentle, and kind with Charlie. They took great care to keep her comfortable throughout the wash, and she came back exceptionally clean, soft, and happy. She smelled so wonderful that I couldn’t resist asking which cologne they had used! Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole experience easy and pleasant. My nervous and matted cocker spaniel had her first grooming today. Alex was sweet, warm and welcoming right from the beginning. She took great care of my puppy, took her time to remove all of the knots, give her a bath, trim her nails and clean her ears. My girl looks great and she's in really good spirits. Loved the service. Extremely convenient to have them come to your house and do it right there in their truck. What a pleasure it was to have pawznpolish come to our home to groom our fur baby! They were so sweet with him and gave him the cutest haircut! He also smells amazing. I highly recommend them!
